This model is for fixed bid engagements where in APSS key role will be understanding client business model providing resources, deploying, Managing resources at the client location & also the responsibility of the deliverables.
Staff Augmentation : The above model holds good except that APSS will not have project delivery commitments.

Resourcing Services
- Permanent : One time placement with a Service fee which include Sourcing, Background Check, Technical assessment, Behavioral, psychometric aptitude & Flexibility/Mobility.
- Contract : Our minimum contract period is 3 months and average deployment time is 2-4 weeks from date of confirmation
- Payroll Services : APSS will provide the required platform to client for Administrative, HR & Payroll Services. A Mutually agreed fee will be charged as per the service which will be payable in advance every month.
Professional Services
- Market research and analysis, building up the database as per current and future needs
- Understanding the current business needs.
- Validating resumes as per the business need.
- Coordinating for interview process.
- Behavioral and Psychometric analysis.
- Background and Medical Checks (As per client needs).
- Documentation for Visa Processing. (Applicable for Expats)
- Onboarding process.
- Employee relation, career progression enabling client & candidates smooth functioning during the project tenure.
